Nihon Suido Consultants Co., Ltd. held the 3rd Meeting of the Sustainability Committee on November 18, 2025.

Our company’s Sustainability Committee was established as an advisory body to the Board of Directors in order to further boost sustainability management based on our Sustainability Policy, which was formulated in December 2023. Nihon Suido’s Representative Director and President serves as Chair, while our independent directors also participate as members of the Committee.

Issues Discussed at the 3rd Meeting

• Nihon Suido Consultants Group Vision 2030

At this meeting, we held active discussions on the Nihon Suido Consultants Group Vision 2030, which is currently being formulated to realize sustainable economic growth and the creation of social value for our Group. The outline version of this vision is scheduled for release in late December 2025, followed by the full version in late February 2026.

Through sustainability management, we will continue to assess the impact of our business activities on society and the environment, and help to build a prosperous and sustainable society.
