Notice and Apology Regarding Spoofed Emails

Nihon Suido Consultants Co., Ltd. has confirmed that a number of fraudulent emails were sent using its domain name (nissuicon.co.jp) as the apparent sender between April 28 and May 11, 2026.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern caused to the recipients of these emails.

 

Request for recipients

The fraudulent emails in question were not sent by Nihon Suido Consultants, but rather by a third party spoofing our domain name. At this time, we have not identified any unauthorized access to, or leakage of information from, our systems.

If you receive a message from our domain with a subject line you do not recognize or that appears suspicious, we kindly ask that you delete the email without opening it.

Our response to this incident

Upon confirming this incident, we immediately launched an investigation into the cause and have implemented measures to prevent any recurrence.
