Nihon Suido Consultants Earns Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare “Kurumin” Certification

Nihon Suido Consultants Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: NAKANISHI Shinji) is pleased to announce that it has earned “Kurumin” certification under a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare program that recognizes companies that support employees in raising children.

Through “Kurumin” certification, a program implemented under the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children, the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare recognizes companies that meet certain criteria, including formulating and implementing action plans to support the balance between work and child-raising responsibilities.

The company, which promotes health-conscious management based on its “Nihon Suido Consultants WLC (Work Life Circulation)” framework, has been certified as a KENKO Investment for Health Outstanding Organization (Large Enterprise Category) every year since 2020. In keeping with this “Kurumin” certification, we will continue to foster employee well-being by supporting the balance between work and child-raising, promoting diverse workstyles, and creating a workplace environment where employees can work with peace of mind.
