Through “Kurumin” certification, a program implemented under the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children, the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare recognizes companies that meet certain criteria, including formulating and implementing action plans to support the balance between work and child-raising responsibilities.

The company, which promotes health-conscious management based on its “Nihon Suido Consultants WLC (Work Life Circulation)” framework, has been certified as a KENKO Investment for Health Outstanding Organization (Large Enterprise Category) every year since 2020.
