Received an Award at the 7th Infrastructure Maintenance Awards

Mizumusubi Management Miyagi Co., Ltd., a special-purpose company in the “Miyagi Prefecture integrated public-private partnership operation project for water supply, industrial water supply and sewerage,” in which Nihon Suido Consultants Co., Ltd. participates, received the “Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Award (Ingenuity at Maintenance Implementation Site Category)” jointly with the Miyagi Prefectural Bureau of Enterprises at the 7th Infrastructure Maintenance Awards sponsored by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and other ministries.

The award recognizes the introduction of the concession system in the water infrastructure field for the first time in Japan for three projects (nine individual projects) for water supply, industrial water supply, and river basin sewerage systems, and the use of DX (digital transformation) and other creative ideas of the private sector, including our company and other member companies, to achieve a cost reduction of 33.7 billion yen over 20 years.

We are very honored to have played a part in this project. We will continue to do our utmost to realize an even better infrastructure environment in the future.
