Notice Concerning Personnel Changes of Officers
At the 66th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held today (March 22, 2024), the proposal for the election of Directors (excluding Directors who are Audit & Supervisory Committee Members) was approved, and they have assumed their respective positions as of today. At the Board of Directors’ meeting held following this meeting, the following structure of officers to take effect from April 1, 2024, was decided.
