Nihon Suido Consultants Co., Ltd. held second Sustainability Committee on July 3, 2024.

Our company’s Sustainability Committee was established as an advisory body to the Board of Directors in order to further boost sustainability management based on our Sustainability Policy, which was formulated in December 2023. Nihon Suido’s Representative Director and President serves as Chair, while our independent directors also participate as members of the Committee.

At the 1st meeting, the participants reaffirmed the role and significance of the committee and engaged in a lively discussion on specific activities to be undertaken in the future from the viewpoints of social issues facing the Group and corporate governance.

Through sustainability management, we will continue to assess the impact of our business activities on society and the environment, and help to build a prosperous and sustainable future society.
