New company established to run comprehensive water and sewage system project for Rifu-cho (Miyagi-gun, Miyagi Prefecture) contracted to private sector companies, Basic Contract signed
A special-purpose company known as Riflex Co., Ltd. was established, per a Basic Agreement pertaining to a comprehensive water and sewage system project contracted by Rifu-cho, Miyagi-gun, Miyagi Prefecture (referred to below as “the Project”), on November 20, 2024 to a joint venture of a total of four private-sector companies, which are: Database Corporation, Takuhai Co., Ltd., NSC Tech Co., Ltd., and Nihon Suido Consultants Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Shinjuku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: MAYAMA Kazunori), the latter acting as representative of the four. Further, we are pleased to announce that Riflex Co., Ltd. and Rifu-cho (Miyagi-gun, Miyagi Prefecture) entered into a Basic Contract pertaining to the Project on December 26, 2024.

Riflex Co., Ltd.’s business philosophy is work to bolster sustainable services for residents and train personnel to protect Rifu-cho’s infrastructure for future generations through water and sewage projects.
