Nihon Suido Consultants (NSC) sets out its company policy on any form of bribery and corruption and certifies that itself, its directors, officers or employees, directly or indirectly, shall not offer, promise, give, authorize, solicit or accept any undue pecuniary or other advantage of any kind under any applicable law, to, from or with any government official or any other person or entity in any private or commercial sector in order to obtain any improper business advantage, at any time during a process of public procurement, negotiations, execution or implementation of contract.
This policy applies to all permanent and temporary employees of NSC and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies. It also applies to contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, sub-consultants, agents or any other individuals or corporate entity associated with NSC in relation to its business or on behalf of NSC.
