Management Systems
Since obtaining ISO 9001 certification for some departments in 1998, Nihon Suido Consultants has also obtained ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and ISO 55001 certifications, and began operating as a management system integrating the four ISO standards in 2019. In 2022, we acquired certification of Integrated Management System that covers the entire company.
Integrated Management Policy
We improve the quality of our products and services through appropriate management of our water-related operations in order to provide true satisfaction to our customers and related parties, which in turn enables the adequate maintenance of social infrastructure, prevents pollution, and contributes to the sustainable development of society and the environment.
For this purpose, our officers and employees are committed to meeting the needs and expectations of our customers and stakeholders by complying with laws and regulations and by conducting themselves in a manner that satisfies the requirements of the following ISO standards.
In addition, our management systems will be continuously enhanced through the combined efforts of officers and employees, who will be aiming to reach even higher levels after implementing reforms in work styles and health-conscious management.
This policy will be publicly announced both inside and outside the Company.
