On May 22 2023, the inauguration ceremony of Siem Reap Water Treatment Plant was held in Siem Reap City which is known for Angkor Wat Temple Complex. This Water Treatment Plant is constructed under the “Siem Reap Water Supply Expansion Project”, which was a yen loan project signed by the Japanese and Cambodian governments in 2012. With the completion of the project, water supply has already started for the residents.

This project was implemented in three packages: package 1 (water intake facilities and construction of water pipelines and transmission pipes), package 2 (construction of water distribution pipes) and package 3 (construction of water treatment plant and installation of water distribution pumps) .NSC conducted the consulting services for all these packages, including detailed design and construction management.

The ceremony was attended by the Cambodia’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense, Japanese Ambassador to Cambodia, and other dignitaries. For its contribution and achievements, NSC was given an award in the ceremony by Deputy Prime Minister.

We will continue addressing the challenges of local water infrastructure through our advanced consulting technologies we have cultivated over the years.
